During long years of activity OJSC " Tojiksodirotbank carried out charities, however never declared loudly about charitable programs. For our Bank real perceptible acts are important, but not a popularity and beautiful words. Our charity is many-sided, but has constant target addressees. The activity on rendering assistance to the sick, children, older persons, participants of the World Patriotic War is an integral part of our work.
Support of children's homes
Since 2003 the bank has taken "patronage" over the Republican boarding school for orphan children and children from poor families in Rasht district where money resources are directed for purchase of foodstuffs necessary for children , clothes, etc. We also help other children's homes and boarding schools of the republic .
The help to veterans of the World Patriotic War
The memory of war is sacred for each generation and we express the gratitude for a victory, caring about our veterans. By the day of celebrating ofvictory OJSC " Tojiksodirotbank " has rendered the address help to participants of Great Patriotic War.
The help to poor sections of the population
The Bank carries out charitable actions on rendering of target help to poor and needy citizens. Funds are directed on purchase of medicines and rendering of other feasible help to citizens ofthe republic.
In 2010 «Tojiksodirotbank» plans to expand the help and charities, including in the list some more programs within the limits of social help and cultural patronage of arts. We hope that our modest contribution to charity will find the grateful response.

In accordance with resolution of Supervisory Board of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” from January 17, 2012, Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on March 3, 2012 at 10-00 in the Head Office of the bank at the address: Dushanbe city, Bekhzod str., 47.
Attention of shareholders of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”! Due to celebration of 20-th anniversary of the Bank, and in accordance with the resolution of Supervisory Board of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”, the date of Annual General Shareholders Meeting is postponed on March 17, 2012.
31.01.2012Tojiksodirotbank and EBRD successfully accomplished the project of small and medium business lending. Starting from fourth quarter of the year 2009 and till the end of the year 2011, Tojiksodirotbank was one of major participant of EBRD project on development of small and medium business lending in Tajikistan. This project was implemented with the technical assistance of Swiss consulting company – BFC.
