About Bank
The open joint-stock company «Tojiksodirotbank» was established by the constituents’ decision based on the constitutive agreement on March 20, 1992. The joint-stock commercial bank of external economic activities of Republic of Tajikistan «Tajikvneshekonombank» was founded on the basis of the affiliate of the USSR Vneshekonombank according to the Resolution of the Senior Council of the Republic of Tajikistan about the establishment of bank of external economic activities of Republic of Tajikistan on March 11, 1992.
The joint-stock commercial bank of external economic activities of Republic of Tajikistan was renamed to the Government Joint-stock Commercial Bank of external economic activities of Republic of Tajikistan «Tajikvnesheconombank» on the basis of the Cabinet of Ministries’ Charter of Republic of Tajikistan from December 12, 1993. In June 16, 1999 the Bank’s Charter under the new title Government Joint-Stock Commercial Bank of External Economic activities of Republic of Tajikistan «Tojiksodirotbonk» was registered under No.6 at the National Bank of Tajikistan (re-registered in the NBT in new edition as of April 4, 2000), at the present its decree is replaced with the current version.
Today the bank’s irreproachable business reputation, reliability, longstanding working experience and implementation of taken obligations have provided the bank the image of a sustainable financial organisation and a reliable partner.
The policy of the bank is geared towards maintaining rapid growth of bank services, increasing capital, minimising risks, increasing level of client services, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Twenty percent of the capital comes from 15 banks of Tajikistan, who own shares in the open joint-stock company «Tojiksodirotbank».
