02/01/2012 Attention of shareholders of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”!
In accordance with resolution of Supervisory Board of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” from January 17, 2012, Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on March 3, 2012 at 10-00 in the Head Office of the bank at the address: Dushanbe city, Bekhzod str., 47.

01/31/2012 Tojiksodirotbank and EBRD successfully accomplished the project of small and medium business lending.
Starting from fourth quarter of the year 2009 and till the end of the year 2011, Tojiksodirotbank was one of major participant of EBRD project on development of small and medium business lending in Tajikistan. This project was implemented with the technical assistance of Swiss consulting company – BFC.

01/04/2012 New branch of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” in Varzob region.
Today in Varzob region was established the new branch of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”. Management of the Bank, Head of Varzob region and people from Varzob region were participated during the ceremony of solemnize opening of the branch.

12/06/2011 Affiliate Bank “Bonki Rushdi Tojikiston” within the bank group of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”
In order to enlargement of provided services range and assistance in development of banking system of the Republic of Tajikistan, OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” has acquired 100% of shares of CJSC “Bonku Rushdi Tojikiston” and on create an affiliate bank.

11/24/2011 New branch of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” in Spitamen district of Soghd region.
Today, in the Day of State Flag, was established the new branch of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” in Spitamen district of Soghd region.
