by the Credit establishments in the Republic of Tajikistan »
(approved by the Decision of NBT Board №190 dated 5/29/2009,
registered by the Ministry of Justice ofthe Republic of Tajikistan №545 dated 25.09.2009г.)
1. The application form for the opening an account.
2. Bank account Agreement(2 copies)
3.State registration Certificate
4. The Statute (clause 3-4 of copy certified by a notary)
5. A copy of the License (or the petition) of the authorized agency of non-resident’s country for the opening of an account in the foreign country, legalized in the Embassy (Consulate) of the Republic of Tajikistan abroad or in the Embassy (Consulate) of the country of the non-resident in Tajikistan.
6. The power of attorney in official languagegiven out to the Head of the branch or representative(certified by juridical person)
7*. An abbreviate from the Trade Registration or any other document confirming presence of the license to perform the statutory activity.
8. Samples of signatures and impression of a seal (2 copies)
9. ID copies of the persons which have first and second signatory power (a copy of the passports)
10. A copy of Letter of Appointment of the Head, Chief accountant and/or other authorized persons
11. A copy of the Tax registration Certificate («Guvohnoma»)
12. «Maktubi akhboroti» from Tax Inspectorate on Notification of opening an account (original)
13. A copy of the registration statement in statistical offices
14. A copy of assumed Insurance Number in State Agency of social insurance and superannuation fund of Tajikistan (ГАССП)
15. The Certificate from ГАССП on bank account opening notification(original)

01.02.2012Attention of shareholders of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”!
In accordance with resolution of Supervisory Board of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank” from January 17, 2012, Annual General Shareholders Meeting will take place on March 3, 2012 at 10-00 in the Head Office of the bank at the address: Dushanbe city, Bekhzod str., 47.
Attention of shareholders of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”! Due to celebration of 20-th anniversary of the Bank, and in accordance with the resolution of Supervisory Board of OJSC “Tojiksodirotbank”, the date of Annual General Shareholders Meeting is postponed on March 17, 2012.
31.01.2012Tojiksodirotbank and EBRD successfully accomplished the project of small and medium business lending. Starting from fourth quarter of the year 2009 and till the end of the year 2011, Tojiksodirotbank was one of major participant of EBRD project on development of small and medium business lending in Tajikistan. This project was implemented with the technical assistance of Swiss consulting company – BFC.
